Savannah- Madge Hill Bevill, 92, died Thursday, March 6, 2014 at Azalealand Nursing Home.
The Emanuel County native was a longtime resident of Savannah. She trained as a nursing assistant at Telfair Hospital and worked there for over twenty years, retiring after a total of twenty-seven years from Candler Hospital. Her husband, Raymond William Bevill, preceded her in death.
Surviving are her son and daughter-in-law, Jim and Terri Bevill, a grandson, Jay Bevill, and a granddaughter, Loni Bevill, all of Moosup, CT.
A Graveside Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, March 10, 2014 at Corinth Baptist Church Cemetery in Effingham County.
